Payment may be made by credit card through PAYPAL.com or by money order or personal check to:  A Moment in Time Photography.

ORDERING DIGITAL COMPOSITES OR RESTORATION WORK:

BY MAIL:

1. Print out the attached form including your shipping and email addresses, phone number and a description of the work that you would like done as well as the number and size of the prints needed once the work is completed.

2. Mail your photos to A Moment in Time Photography at 113 West 2nd Street, Taylor, Texas 76574-3510. (Be sure to use a photo-mailer or other envelope that contains cardboard stiffener so photos won't get bent en route.)

3. Enclose a money order or personal check for $25.00 which will cover scanning, tonal adjustments and evaluation as well as return postage to you. Please note that this is NOT a deposit and this amount is NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide NOT to have further work done. However, if you decide to let me do the restoration, it will be deducted
from the total amount due upon completion.

4. Your photo(s) will be scanned at the highest possible resolution, tonal adjustments made and then thoroughly
evaluated. An ESTIMATE will be sent to you by email outlining the work necessary, the cost and time required
to complete the project. In the case of digital compositing, you will also receive samples of appropriate
backgrounds from which to choose.

5. If you are not satisfied with the estimated cost or time required, reply by email and cancel your request.
Your original photo will be mailed back to you within 48 hours. As noted above, the $25.00 evaluation fee is
NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. Should you decide to go ahead with the work as outlined, you will need to send one-half (1/2) of the estimated
total as downpayment. This can be done by credit card through Paypal.com (Paypal ID: amomentintime@email.com),
by money order or check sent to the above address. Checks will be held for 10-14 days to be sure they clear
the bank BEFORE WORK IS BEGUN.

7. You will be notified by email when the work has been completed along with a JPEG "proof" of the finished
product. A final bill will also be transmitted at that time.

8. If you are happy with the results, send the balance due on the final bill via Paypal, money order or check.
NOTE: Final prints WILL NOT BE MADE until full payment is received.

9. If you are not satisfied with the results or desire any changes be made (refers to digital composites), please
email me with your wishes. Also include a phone # and best time to call so we can discuss any changes/problems.

10. A revised estimate of cost and time required to complete additional work will be emailed to you for approval.

Please note that digital compositing is an art. I strive to create a unique picture for each customer. I don't do "cookie cutter"
work so please don't ask me to make something that is "just like the sample in photo gallery #2). Every consideration will be given to a client's wishes as to color of background, text, graphics, etc. Be assured that the finished product will be a "one of a kind." It is for that reason that backgrounds are used only once and then retired, never to be used again.

ORDERING RESTORATION OR DIGITAL COMPOSITING ON-LINE:

Restoration work and digital compositing will be done on photographic files sent to me via email ONLY under the following circumstances:

1. It is the product of a high-resolution scan (400 dpi minimum, 600-800 dpi preferred) saved in uncompressed TIF format for PC. Please DO NOT SEND JPEG or COMPRESSED TIF files.
2. No color or tonal corrections have been made to the original photograph after scanning. (I get the file exactly as it looks when it comes out of the scanner.)
3. For digital composites, send each photograph to be included as a separate file. Do not scan several photographs together on one page and then send them.
